Who we are
We deal with coffee from bean to cup: with the selection of green coffees, roasting, tasting, and the question of how coffee tastes best at home. We roast on-site in Speicherstadt, in small batches and with an eye on what's in the bean.
Hamburg, the port, and coffee
Coffee and the harbor belong together: Hamburg is one of Europe's major transshipment centers for green coffee. Our roastery is located at Am Sandtorkai 3, 20457 Hamburg – in the brick district of Speicherstadt, which stands on oak piles between the harbor basins. Water, global trade, and coffee converge here; a more fitting location for a roastery could hardly be imagined.
