Who we are
We deal with coffee from bean to cup: with the selection of green coffees, roasting, tasting and the question of how coffee tastes best at home. We roast on site in the Speicherstadt, in small batches and with a focus on what's in the bean.
Hamburg, the Harbor, and Coffee
Coffee and the harbor belong together: Hamburg is one of Europe's major transshipment points for green coffee. Our roastery is located at Am Sandtorkai 3, 20457 Hamburg – in the brick quarter of the Speicherstadt, which stands on oak piles between the harbor basins. Water, global trade, and coffee meet here; a more fitting location for a roastery could hardly be found.
